Undercarriage parts / Chains and links

Track chains built around pitch, fitment and working load.

HUAMAOJI coordinates track links, chain assemblies and complete track groups for replacement, maintenance and distribution programs across excavators, bulldozers and other crawler applications.

Crawler track link and chain assembly reference
Who this page is for

For buyers who need an identified chain assembly, a track group with shoes, or a repeat program matched to defined crawler models.

What can be coordinated

Define the right scope before asking for a price.

01

Link and chain assemblies

Pitch, link profile, pin and bushing direction are reviewed against the target machine.

02

Track groups

Chain and shoe scope can be coordinated as an assembly when compatibility has been established.

03

Distribution programs

Mixed models, quantity breaks, markings and export packaging can be discussed for repeat supply.

Selection & matching inputs

Send what you know.
The gaps can be clarified.

A useful first message can be short. Photographs, markings, drawings and intended-use details often prevent a visually similar but unsuitable direction.

  1. 01

    Machine model and undercarriage application

  2. 02

Existing chain part number or link marking

  3. 03

Pitch, link count and principal dimensions

  4. 04

Shoe width, bolt pattern and whether assembly is required

From matching to export

The quotation should state what is—and is not—included.

01

Compatibility boundary

A chain is not confirmed from pitch alone; the complete set of available machine and component evidence is reviewed.

02

Production scope

Material, heat-treatment and assembly requirements should be stated when they form part of the buyer specification.

03

Shipment planning

Weight, packing form, port or door-delivery scope and mixed-component consolidation are agreed before dispatch.

Frequently asked

Questions to settle before quotation.

Ask a project question
Can track shoes be assembled to the chain?

Assembly can be discussed when the chain, shoe and fastener specifications are compatible and the order scope is confirmed.

Is link count enough to identify a chain?

No. Link count is useful, but pitch, link geometry, markings, dimensions and machine information may also be needed.

Can you quote a complete left and right set?

Yes. State whether the quantity is per side, per machine or total pieces so the quotation basis is unambiguous.
